22(F) What should my daily calorie intake be?
STATS
My current calories are: 1840Kcal.
I haven't exercised in years and I eat crappy.
I'm 5'7 (170cm) and weigh 165lbs (75kg).
Mostly fat. (~35%)
My goal weight is 120lbs (55kg).
I give myself a time period of around 20 weeks. I want to lose 2lbs/week (1kg/per week) & gain muscle.
This means, 840 kcal/day.
Does eating 1300Kcal per day and then burning off 500kcal by exercise sound good?
