How do you keep the weight off after losing it?
I started a new diet under the supervision of a dietician. It focuses mostly on smaller portions and adding a ton of veggies, protein and fiber. Some carbs here and there. But it’s still a little restrictive than what I was used to.
She recommends that I stick to her diet completely till I have lost my target weight. I don’t mind doing that for the short term. But I also don’t want to cut off desserts and take out completely. Once I have reached my target weight (55-60 kg) how do I incorporate them into my diet without gaining back weight?
Can’t really do calorie counting because a lot of food in my country doesn’t mention calories and the best I can do is guess.
I’ve seen a lot of people gain back all the weight they lost after going off diets. I gained back some too during the pandemic (around 10kg/22lb). How do I keep it off this time?
