is this a good PPL?
(16f) i’m trying to lose fat and gain muscle, i’ve been working out at a gym since january and only started focusing on strength training till about 2 months ago. i’ve mostly just stuck with the same dumbbell exercises and machines but i wanted to make a proper routine so here it is. (i go to the gym 4 times a week)
i watched some yt videos and researched in a couple subs, i assumed that PPL is the best routine i should follow? lmk if this is good or if i should add more or less or switch them some out. i’m honestly open to anything and i’ll try whatever. thx
also if this is a good routine, how much cardio should i be doing? if any at all
