Low effort lunch ideas needed
Lunch is my kryptonite at the moment. I either do a full on crazy big thing or I sit around long past lunchtime waiting for inspiration to find me until I stuff my face full of high carb, high fat convenience foods. I hate salads and have no way of storing bulk cooked meals at home and there's only a tiny frdige and my desk to store things at the office. Cannot have mayonaise so the supermarket sandwiches are a no-go as they're always full of the stuff.
Breakfast is easy - I have the two cereals that I like and swing between them. Dinners are home cooked and usually healthy fare for the family. I know that what I need is 2 or 3 lunches that will just work with minimal effort but I'm at a complete loss.
What are your go-to low effort yet healthy lunch ideas for a non-salad eating omnivore?
