Need help with eating habits
I've been going to the gym regularly for almost a month now and taking regular walks as well and am enjoying it, to my surprise. But when it comes to eating I simply hate making healthy choices. It's almost to the point where I think it might be a medical issue. So here's what happens. I will prepare a healthy meal, focusing on protein and vegetables. I will sit down, start eating and after a few bites i get repulsed by the food. Normally I try to keep eating but I often end up gagging and giving up. A few minutes later I'll be hungry and either just eat carbs or just let myself go hungry. Because of this I am seriously under eating, which obviously is a problem when I'm working out and trying to get healthy.
How do you guys do it? Seriously, how do I eat healthy when everything but plain carbs disgust me?
