Week 0 #2 Over, Officially Starting With Week 1
Results from Week 0 #2:
Highest Weight: 115.20 kg, Lowest Weight: 113.80 kg, Avg Weight: 114.67 kg per day, Waist Size: 125 cm, Avg Calorie Intake: 2794 cal per day, Average Water Intake: 6.3 glasses per day,
I am going to begin with Week 1 officially from today onwards (Marking today as Day 1).
Week 0 #1 was decent but a little messy. Once again, I was pushing meals and making changes on spot a lot (but ensured that I didn't exceed my daily average calorie intake of 2800 cal per day for the week). No exercise this week as well. Hydration and sleep were worse compared to Week 0 #1 due to some personal reasons, but I'll correct those within next few days.
Since my weight did not change significantly compared to Week 0 #1, I am going to take 2800 cal as my maintainance calories and am going to keep my average calorie intake 2500 cal per day from now on (So basically a 250 cal per day deficit).
Also, I will be switching over to making updates Once every 2 weeks from now on (So next update will be at the starting of Week 3).
