What should i do?

I am 18F, 53kg. I've been in a calorie deficit for a long time while eating lower than 1200 calories on average. I want to start eating at least 1200. On weekdays I'm pretty active so i think i could but on weekends i usually lay in bed doing nothing at all. I am too scared to eat 1200 calories on these days. Is there any chance that I'll gain weight on this amount even if im sedentary?

I've been having food issues for a really long time and my family can't help. Im afraid this is going to be following me for the rest of my life. I miss eating food i like, I'm too scared to eat anything cooked by my family cause idk how many calories it is. I know this is an unhealthy behavior and i need to see a therapist but i don't want to burden my family and make them spend more money than they should. They already think im a burden anyways. They don't care. I feel so guilty when i eat 1200 calories even if i know i shouldn't. What if i burn less than 1200 calories when im sedentary? What if i gain weight? I dont trust Tdee calculators for a reason i think I'm going crazy.
