I just can't do it - I say whilst eating mcdonalds ...
I can't seem to stick to anything for more than 3 days - even if eating at maintenance calories - hell even 1000 calories over maintenance calories.
I can't commit to my walking, or eating healthier, giving up junk, having junk in moderation - it's a constant niggle of start over tomorrow...
I don't know what is more frustrating - I can't lose weight or I know exactly how to do it but just can't stick to it!
I have done it all, TDEE calculator, slimming clubs, online academies, weight loss profile on insta, fasting.
The longest I have stuck to anything is 7 days, I think I only done that 2x....in 11 years of trying to lose weight but gaining 100 pound instead
