What is the best way to track fat loss?
I’m currently with a dietician,I see her every 1-2 weeks and do an InBody scan there,however from what I observed here most of the weight loss community agree that InBody analyzer is extremely inaccurate and unreliable way to track fat loss,so I was wondering what is the best way to track fat loss? Body circumference measurements (thigh,waist etc)?progress pics?using clothes as an indicator (loosening of clothes)?What is the best way? My ears are open for any suggestions. 22M 6’3, CW:106kg SW:150kg GW:66-75kg ,I just need a way to make sure that the fat is disappearing,because the weight scale is unreliable,it doesn’t differentiate between water loss,muscle loss or fat loss,so what’s your advice?
