Finely chop broccoli, add salted cashews (raisins optional, I just use a few for taste). Then in another bowl mix 1 x cup yogurt, 1 x tablespoon spicy mayo, 2 x tablespoon sour cream, 1 x tablespoon curry powder, and a squeeze of lemon (optional pinch if smoked paprika).
