This can be a breakfast or desert, recipe makes 1 serving. 17g net carbs mostly from the berries. As a prediabetic though I don’t experience blood sugar spikes from berries. 43g of protein.

2/3 cub carbmaster vanilla yogurt 1 scoop of low carb whey protein powder 1tsp of psyllium husk fiber 1 cup of mixed berries as topping

Mix together ingredients in a small bowl and top with the berries. Eat immediately or place in the fridge overnight.
