I just had an amazing interview with author Magdalena Wszelaki about her new book Cooking for Hormone Balance. Over the last few years Magdalena has created a highly successful nutrition coaching practice helping women with thyroid conditions to heal and thrive. Her main focus is on restoring the digestive system, helping balance blood-sugar levels, liver detoxification and restore emotional wellbeing.
