Coworker told me the reason I’m not losing weight is because I’m not eating 800 calories a day

I know it’s not Tuesday but can I throw a tantrum on Thursday? So, my coworker has been losing weight she’s in her 50s and like 5’8” SW: 150’s;CW 140’s so she’s lost like 10-15lbs. Whooo Hoooo. Great for her.
Me? I’m 5’4” I workout 4-5 x week I try to stay between 1200-1400 calories bc my workouts are pretty intense and I burn 500+ every time. But it seems like no matter what I do the scale won’t budge. My weight has stayed the same for the last two weeks and she’s been coming into work glorifying her 1lbs weight loss on the daily. So, today I was complaining to her about how my scale hadn’t move and she basically said I’m eating too much and that the reason she’s losing weight is because she’s restricting to 800 calories a day, not working out, because she self admittedly doesn’t have the energy to, and sleeping more. Oh and, my personal favorite, taking an appetite suppressant.
Lady, if that’s what you’re doing, I don’t want any part of it because that’s not sustainable.
Anyway, I feel like you guys are the only people that would understand my frustration.
