Down 10 lbs thanks to a good scale and CICO

I got a RenPho scale a while ago after reading about it on, I believe, this subreddit. I'm sure any Bluetooth scale with an app would work also. I love it! I don't even look at the numbers much. I just wait to hear the ding and exit the app without seeing it if I don't want to know that day. But, every so often, I like to check for progress. As of today, low carb CICO has helped me lose 10lbs! I've been eating around 1400 calories a day (~200 to 300 kCal deficit daily).

I was already 165lbs and 5'8" so I'm right around healthy, but a little high for myself, personally. Now I'm 155lbs and trying to lose just 10 more lbs. I can see a huge difference! I think my waist is a lot more defined. I look leaner overall. I'm a total geek about data, usually, so it's just cool to see my skeletal muscle go up and my fat go down over the last 3 months. I'm just excited and really happy I spent the $40 so I could see it all laid out.
