Starting over on Day 1- For the 1000x time. ( 37/F, 5'5, SW 189.6, CW 189.2, GW 165)

I feel like I have been in the same place over and over again. I am 18 months post partum and I just cannot find the tenacity to keep at it. I'll start, lose 2-3 lbs, and then fall off the wagon. Usually I will maintain that weight, but the last few weeks, I gained several lbs back. I am so mad and frustrated at myself. To be honest, I have always battled my weight and have to be in permanent vigilant mode. But now, after the second baby it's harder than ever. And now, I have even more compelling reasons other than the normal issues. I have degenerative discs in my lower back, and the start or osteoarthritis in my hands. So loosing the weight is a quality of life/long term health issue now.

Hopefully this start will be different. For the first time, I am posting here. Hopefully a community for support and to hold me accountable will help my journey. Here I go...... Again.
