Give me your best mind-bending tricks to curb cravings!
Hello friends! So it's thursday, and usually I find myself in a really vicious cycle of being very good monday-wednesday, with thursday tapering off into a "maybe I can be a little lax with my calories today", which usually leads into a very very bad binge sometime during the weekend. I've been observing this trend over the past 3 weeks and I've come to the conclusion that this is my body's way of rebelling against the weight loss-- until I can find a way to change that (though meditation? Mindset? Environmental changes? Strict scheduling?) help me out cuz' today's gonna be a kicker.
I currently have 668 calories left for the day, it's 2:30pm, and my brain is going "it's Thursday, how about a little snack, like maybe 10 chocolate chip cookies in one go?"
