I ate a whole pint of the red velvet flavor Halo Top ice cream in about 20 min or so. After a few minutes, My back and chest started to get itchy, and I thought a flea was biting me. I went to take a shower and change my clothes and little hives were popping up all over my body each second. Within 20 minutes, my face was completely swollen and my entire body was covered in hives, so I quickly went to the emergency room where they pumped me full of steroids and benadryl. A few hours later, I am fine, but now I know, I am extremely allergic to erythritol!
