Not much lost but I'm motivated! My first progress pic
They there r/loseit, I'm pretty excited but also a bit nervous to post my first ever progress pics. I remembered taking a photo of myself 10 months ago in a new swimsuit I bought, and thought I would recreate it. I'd say I've maybe lost at most 10 pounds since the first pic, but my mental state has significantly improved since then and I feel great.
It's been tough since I'm studying STEM in university while tackling depression every day, so I'm always struggling to make good food choices and stay active. But this season, I feel like things have been changing - I've been biking to work (15km a day), counting my calories more closely than I ever have, and am determined to lose a bit more in a few months. Contemplating keto and/or intermittent fasting, but waiting to talk to my doctor about that. (I only weigh myself when I see my doctor so my numbers are estimated.)
tldr; Went from about 190 lbs to about 180 lbs, feeling great, and motivated to keep going!
(sorry for the dirty mirror...)
