(SV) ITS RAMADAN AND I LOST WEIGHT

hey y'all.

Im mostly just s bystander watching you all glow up and be the best versions of yourselves. But this year in the last few days of ramadan i decided to weigh myself. Typically in ramadan you're supposed to lose weight, but with my PCOS its really all in the air. All the difference i did this month was just walking. I didnt really change my diet. I cooked, ate ouy. But it was all in moderation. After a day of fasting you dont want to gorge your body and when you make your breakfast at 4 am you want to have plenty of water and make sure its something of good substance.

My original weight before Ramadan was 260 (i know its gross) but guys today I found i was 238. 238!!! Thats 40 lbs away from being in ONEderland and i promise yall i will get there. I know now how my body works. It doesnt need special pills, pyramid schemes or hiit. It just needs walking. Meditation and mindfulness. I guess looking back at what I've written, would this be a form of CICO?
