How I did it - Tons of running - Cut back meals - NO SUGAR - Don't drink your calories
Hey guys! I just wanted to share something I never thought I was ever capable of. It's been two years since my max weight of 330 pounds. Im now sitting at 195. Back then, I was working a shitty job, hated my life and found comfort in eating. It's the kind of negative feedback loop that often got me into trouble. Eat, get fat, hate the way I look, don't go out because I hate the way I look, etc. That changed when I lost my job in Sept 2016 and moved back home. Within a few months, I dropped 30 pounds without even thinking. Then things got interesting... I tried changing my diet to lose more. For me, that meant smaller meals, water with every meal and NO SUGAR. Between that and walking 8 hours a day at my job, I lost another through january 2018. I got promoted, moved to a desk job and my weight loss halted. At some point, I worked up the courage to start running and another 30 just fell off. It took about a month before I saw any benefits from it... so If you're thinking about starting, stick with it. It takes a while for your body to adjust and start burning fat.
Like anyone who was morbidly obese, It seemed impossible to ever lose it. You just have to find a way to make your weight gain negative and over time it will all fall off. It's hard but if you want it, nothing can stop you!
