380 to 260, still some to go but a successful journey thus far.

29 Male | 6'3"

Started out at 380, which is a little bigger than the before pic but I don't have any pics of the maximum weight!

Now 260, would like to get around ~230 and see what it's looking like.

Method for most of it (especially at the start) was just daily walking a 10,000 step (according to Fitbit) trail with interspersed jogging if I felt I could. I didn't do CICO directly but tried to get about half of what I would normally eat...

I pretty much had a cheat (not super cheaty, but felt that way) breakfast every day and then said "gotta be good for the rest".

Since this wasn't a very optimal plan the weight loss did take a long time...maybe a year and a half?

I suppose my advice would be that it doesn't HAVE to be optimal to get progress, there can be slip ups and bad days and you can still arrive.
