75lbs down, weight loss is now a habit instead of a struggle

I started this journey at 440 (M19, 6’4) and I’m now 365 after 4 months. I average about 5lbs of weight loss a week. I eat one 1000 calorie meal a day 6 days a week and then I eat everything and anything on that 7th day. People have told me it’s not healthy or that it won’t work long term but I disagree. I’m happy doing this. I hadn’t lost weight doing cico or anything else. This works for me and it’s the reason I’ve lost so much weight. I don’t think about how I eat anymore because it’s a lifestyle at this point. I no longer feel deprived or tired of dieting because I’m not on a diet, I’ve made a lifestyle change. A bit of a rant but I’m just so excited about how everything is going.
