Anyone else "weirded out" by new healthy eating habits and regular exercise?

Hello you lovely people here!

I have just come home from a barbecue with friends and did one hour of yoga after that. If someone had told me 6 months ago that I wouldn't drink beer every weekend anymore, ate salad to feel full (and liked it!) and became unsettled if I didn't exercise after three days - I would have never believed them.

Don't get me wrong, I still have unhealthy food and chocolate from time to time and last sunday I spent the whole day in bed and binged Queer Eye while eating pizza BUT that is not the norm anymore, it's a "treat".

I feel like I am at this weird phase where I can still vividly remember my old habits but at the same time got used to my new habits. Sometimes I check again and again if I have eaten enough calories for the day (I'm usually between 1300 - 1800) because my brain hasnt yet adjusted to normal portion sized.

Sorry for this rambling, I just felt weird tonigth. (Also, sorry for mistakes, I am not a native English speaker).

We got this!!
