can you make fat bombs using avocado oil (and no butter, cream or coconut oil)?

i have nothing against saturated fat - the only problem is that i have MS and it is currently recommended that people with MS stay below of 15g sat fat a day (the theory goes that people with MS can't process sat fats like most people do...) so i was happy to hear of avocado oil, but since it's not a saturated fat i don't think it will solidify at room temperature...just writing to ask if any of you use avocado oil for fat bombs? or should i just stick with nut butters/cocoa mix or find straight avocado (the fruit) fat bombs...any advice appreciated...
