Treat keto Orange Creamsicles (6.5g carbs / 2g protein / 2g fat)

I have been craving orange creamsicles, but have been hesitant to buy them in a store. I am still scared of using alternative sweeteners, so I opted to make my own and have them definitely be indulgent but not "break the bank" in terms of carbs.

For a 6 popsicle mold (I used this one), I combined in a blender: - 3 oranges - 1 container Siggi's Icelandic-style yogurt (triple cream - vanilla) - 2 tbsp half and half

For the oranges, I cut off the ends and squeezed them into the blender, slicing the orange into 3 full-circle slices, followed by removing the seeds and cutting off the skin so I could get lots of the pulp/fiber of the connective parts of the oranges (not sure what this is called) into the pops.

Scooping out the yogurt and pouring the half and half into the blender as well should be pretty self-explanatory ;)

Each popsicle ends up being around ~6.5g of carb, 2g protein, 2.3g fat. They aren't fat bombs, and they aren't 0g carb, but they are really satisfying during the dog days and free of any added sugar/sugar substitutes.
