Don’t get fooled at the dealership

You’re at a car dealership looking for something that’s going to be reliable, gets good gas mileage, and fun to drive.

The salesperson (who’s getting paid by commission) shows you sleek looking cars with long histories of breaking down after a month of driving hard.

The salesperson doesn’t care if it’s what you want or not, they know people will buy it and it break down — which is in their favor since the real money is in their repair business and they know it.

This is what happens in the fitness industry when you work with personal trainers and nutrition coaches who are self-centered instead of client-centered. They treat your body and your life like a one-sided business transaction, trying to get you to drop weight fast only to gain it back again.

A client-centered coach will not sell this morally bankrupt business philosophy to you. They’ll help you find out what you want for yourself and show you how to get it.

They will teach you how to strengthen your body, improve your nutrition habits, and make moving your body fun again — for life.
