30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 9
Hey guys!
Today was pretty dang good for a Monday, food falling right into my goals, despite planning a giant ice cream cookie sandwich that is a nice chunk of all my calories for the day. I'm all glowy from residual happiness from yesterday even though my family has now gone home and it will be a while before I see them again. The confusing guy thing that I was alluding to yesterday is much less confusing now, and very much going the way I've wanted it to go, but didn't expect it to go. He's a guy that I've liked for a long time but rejected me months ago. I decided that I liked him enough as a person that I wanted to stay friends and we've grown really close this year. It took me by complete surprise when he suddenly wants to be with me. I'm still very much into him (my dating apps goal was actually an effort to get over him) so this is very exciting for me.
- Get down to 243 - 245.6 again today, holding steady
- Continue my MyFitnessPal tracking streak - Day 95
- Drink at least 60 oz of water a day - This is a lot easier when I'm at work and constantly have my water bottle at hand.
- Take out a bag of trash or clean something - I am so bad about this one. I really need to work on this. But not tonight, tonight I'm tired.
- Read at least one chapter of a book - I finished Les Parisiennes and have started reading a cookbook/memoir called Victuals by Ronni Lundy which is an exploration of Appalachian food culture.
- Be active on the dating apps - This is over. Not going for this goal anymore.
