How do celebs do it?
So I have been hating on myself a lot lately! And I'm starting to wonder where did I go wrong? And why? Because I no longer think that I have loose skin. But that's it's just fat. But what really bugs me is that how come celebs can go through such drastic weight loss and not be stuck with a body like mine? Like I have skinny arms and pretty much no chest. But then I have so much fat on my stomach that it's not funny! :( I mean like I have no idea what I'm supposed to do. Like I have been eating 1500 or less for the last 1.5 years. But I still haven't reached a body that I am happy with! And I can't imagine that I'm ever going to have a flat stomach! :( What am I doing wrong? As in I am now I am trying to eat 1500 or less, and I go for runs like 3x a week now. But I am not burning any fat. Because I still have the exact same body fat percentage that I had 2 months ago.
