Is it true that forcing yourself to eat the same foods over and over can make you like them? (Picky Eater here)
After hanging out with my friends in Chicago and going to bars/clubs I was feeling sad because of how good looking the people around me were.
So I decided to try losing weight again. Counting Calories.
But I do want to be healthier. Unfortunately I am a picky eater from childhood so vegetables do not appeal to me. The texture and tastes are strange and make me gag even though I really want to enjoy them. I used to force my mouth shut and swallow in my first ever diet.
There are restaurants around me that serve grilled chicken. It shocks me how little calories these items have, though the chicken doesn't taste good to me without a light sauce or dressing.
My goal is to force myself to eat this chicken until I like it, then add more and more vegetables on the grilled chicken sandwich until they all become appealing to me. Or is there a better way for me to get used to vegetables?
