It's amazing how different eating 500 calories with healthy foods versus fattening foods is
Went out to a restaurant last night for a birthday and a burger was sadly about as healthy as the menu went. My dinner ended up being 1300 calories for the burger and I wasn't even full after.
Tonight I had a stir fry with: 15 green beans, Handful of mushrooms, handful of bean sprouts, onion, bell pepper and a chicken breast served with a spicy peanut sauce. This included an appetizer plate with some hummus, olives, peppers, carrots, celery, and half a flax pita.
Only planned on eating half, but I ended up eating it all due to skipping lunch and the fact that it was so delicious and was absolutely stuffed! Felt like I would be nearing my daily limit of 2k calories and was dreading logging it. To my surprise all this only came out to be just under 700 calories! I barely even hit half of my daily limit and still had a huge delicious dinner!
