Keto Hungarian "noodles" with cottage cheese

Just like grandma used to make but with zucchini instead of egg noodles.

1lb of bacon 1 500g tub of full fat cottage cheese 2 medium zucchini (grated) Small bunch of fresh parsley Salt and pepper to taste "No salt" to taste (optional)

Cut up bacon into small pieces and fry until crispy. Toss in shredded zucchini saute for a few minutes. Add in parsley, salt and pepper. Turn off heat and mix in cottage cheese.

So easy and soooooo yummy!
