Left WW for Calorie Counting
So I started out on weight watchers back in March, since - I have lost 32 lbs. My sw was 317, my cw is 285, and my gw is 160. Today, I left weight watchers and have started counting calories (I got tired of paying $20/month for an app). I'm now using the My Fitness Pal app, and would like to lose about 1.5 lbs a week - if possible. I thought about trying other changes to make in my lifestyle, however I'm a type 1 diabetic and my doctor recommended calorie counting. Today has been really great so far - I've eaten what I've wanted within means.. and have plenty of calories left for dinner this evening.
Before I tried calorie counting and had a really difficult time, but now that I've already lost some weight - I feel so motivated to keep going! I know I can do this. :)
