Losing weight too fast? Would love your opinion.

Hey r/loseit,

So I have been losing weight slowly and steadily, at about 1lb a week, since February of 2017. I am down almost 82 pounds since then. However, recently I moved to a new country, and I have been walking everywhere to get around (something I could not feasibly do where I come from). I have gone from losing a pound a week, maybe less, to about a pound and a half, and sometimes two pounds. My best friend is worried that I'm starving myself--however, I have increased my calories per day by nearly 500 due to fatigue and I am still losing rapidly (the fatigue is gone, however). My first goal weight is about 12 pounds away, though I would ultimately like to be around 140 or 150.

My question is this: at 182lbs, AFAB, and 5'10, am I losing too fast at 1.5lb to 2lbs a week? I honestly don't think I could eat much more right now, at least not significantly more all at once, I'm eating upwards of 2000cal per day almost every day and considering how restricted I am used to being, it feels like SO MUCH FOOD.

Would love your thoughts and opinions on this :)
