Can’t stop over eating
Background: 5’4 female, 150 pounds, gained 20 pounds in the past four months
I can’t stop overeating after dinner and I think that’s what’s causing my weight gain. I got into a bad habit of eating with my SO a few hours after dinner while enjoying TV. Now, if I don’t eat, I feel like I’m starving.
I ate a big dinner about two hours ago and now I’m so hungry my stomach hurts. And all I’m craving is junk food.
How can I get out of this habit + stop feeling so hungry all of the time. I’m never hungry in the morning and I eat decent throughout the day, but then after dinner I just get so hungry that I over eat.
On top of it all, since gaining the weight, I have become incredibly out of shape. I get eeally tired after just ten minutes of very light exercise.
Please help. Any tips/advice welcomed. I am trying to lose all of the extra weight I have put on. Not even sure where to start, but beating the overeating habit sounds like a good place.
