NSV - I ACTUALLY LIKE a picture that was taken of me last night! (before / after work-in-progress pic inside)

I've been simply maintaining for a solid 2.5 months at this point. I have gotten a bit under 150, but as my flair indicates, I am trying to get down to about 130. While I've remained very active by running many times a week, signing up for 10k races, and doing a lot of hiking and walking, I have struggled to CONTINUOUSLY stick to 1200ish calories for an extended period of time for a while because I have had a lot of occasions come up that involve food that I find difficult to log. I don't really believe in denying myself enjoyment in these occasions because I'm going through some shit, and hanging out with friends and enjoying meals together is important to me. But looking in the mirror sometimes, I pull at my extra skin and my jiggly inner thighs and my bat wing arms and I feel like there's no way I'm ever going to look good.

Anyway, my dad took a picture of my family last night at my mom's birthday dinner and then sent it to us afterward. I was shocked at what my body looked like. I ACTUALLY LIKE THIS PICTURE OF MYSELF. I pulled up a comparison shot of myself at around 230 pounds to show the difference.

I don't run around talking about this to people in my personal life because it's weird, but I wanted to share it with my /r/loseit peeps because you're all amazing. I needed a self-esteem boost pretty badly and this is one of the better NSVs I could imagine experiencing!
