Sleep is freaking important! Not getting enough will feck up your weight loss by up to 50% !!! Thats a lot!
PSA- Get more sleep! Bon-Jovi was wrong! I have a tendency to not sleep enough, and my fellow EU challengers kept putting sleep as part of their to do as a daily task. I just thought it was because it provided enough self control not to reach for the sweets, chocolate fast food etc.
I looked into it and a few articles pointed out how detrimental consistently not getting enough sleep is to your diet and body. If you don't sleep enough over 2 weeks, regardless of your deficit, your body will lose 50% less fat than it would do if you were well rested!
