50 pounds down! Progress pics and story :) SW: 240 / CW: 190 / GW: 150 / 22F, 5'6''
I've been trying to lose weight for ages and started paleo/scd 3 months ago for my gut issues. While the weight loss is partially because I can hardly eat without instantly running to the bathroom, I'm trying to look at the positive and celebrate progress, even though it wasn't always on my own terms!
I'm very excited - I haven't felt like I was making any progress but 50 feels like a solid number and I'm finally seeing a change!
Some NSV:
-can comfortably sit in my lawn chairs!
- goodbye back rolls!
-I can finally wear the pants that I ordered in a couple sizes too small a few months back. I've been trying them on every couple weeks and now they're a bit loose (oh no! an excuse to shop!)
-I've been more comfortable and confident with sex - no longer fixating on rolls!
It's hard for me to talk to friends about this weight loss because sometimes I feel that I cheated a bit - yes, I'm sticking to a incredibly restrictive diet and watching how much I eat but a lot of the loss came from my inability to retain any food for nearly a month! I've been so miserable throughout this horrible gut health ordeal that I'm trying to find one positive thing to focus on. If anyone has any advice for this situation I would really appreciate it!

Feel free to give me feedback on this post if there's anything I should change - feels a bit jumbled!
