You can fit a lot of food into 2000 calories!
I'm just amazed. I recently decided to get serious about losing weight on a vacation I just got back from (I know terrible right) but on the vacation I was estimating what i was eating which usually I was over estimating just to be sure. I just got home yesterday and today received my food scale and I'm just amazed. So far I've skipped breakfast except for a large coffee for lunch I made a chicken skillet fried with veggies, had 200g of yogurt one serving of sun chips and 3 scrambled eggs for dinner and I'm only at 1200 calories of my goal of 2000 for my TDEE of 2700. like I feel full yet I'm not sure what else to eat. I've been weighing everything I make and I'm just amazed at how much food it has been. just makes me wonder how much I've been eating to get to my current weight.
