I Love Running! But my heart doesn’t...

Hello everyone! So I’m trying to loose around 30 lbs . I love to run long distances. I know there’s a certain heart rate zone “fat burn” zone that is idea for fat burning. Lately when I’ve been running long distances my heart rate shoots up to the peak zone. I’m talking 180s for 27 minutes, for a 30 minute run! I understand that it’s probably because of all the extra weight my body has to move around. I’ve tried just going slower to keep it down but it ends up being a walk at that point.

The question that I have is: should I just walk to keep in the fat burning zone? Or run keeping my heart rate at the peak zone?
