No progress over four months. I’m desperate. Help!?

So I’ve been logging my food intake and get under 1800 calories a day. Literally every single day I eat 3/4 cup of chobani plain Greek yogurt with a banana and 50 grams of low sugar museli. On weekends, I don’t eat breakfast. For lunch I’ll have left overs of some random meal I make for the week. Usually consisting of 1/3 cup rice some protein and some veg. Or a vegetable soup or 1/3 cup of pasta with protein and veg. I get one banh mi a week on Saturday before the grocery store as a treat. Every night for the last four months I’ve had two baked chicken legs and vegetables, and have now cut out potatoes. I have one or two shots of gin at night. I bake every weekend because I love it and have one or two serves before giving it all away to coworkers. I’ve been going to the gym three to four times a week for two months. I do boxing once a week and strength training the rest of the time. I have been doing all of this (but the gym for two) for four months and have literally seen zero progress. Other than my back stopping hurting and feeling stronger from the gym which is super awesome. But stepping on the scale and not seeing it move after extreme effort for this long is really starting to get at me. I literally cook and weigh everything I eat and everyone on here that does this looses like 100 pounds in a year and I just don’t get what the hell im doing wrong. I’m really sad about it and it just doesn’t make sense. Any advice?
