Im just going to try and maintain through the holidays
Holiday festivities have already begun and weighing myself every day and seeing the same 2lbs go back and forth has been a little discouraging. But i thought about it last night and I think if i can get to the first week of January at the same weight I am now I will consider it a victory. On the days where theres no social obligations I am still going to eat healthy and go to the gym, but i dont wanna stress over what i have to eat and drink at christmas or new years partys. I will still log everything, I dont want to break that habit. After new years I will get back to only having "bad days" once or twice a month as I have since i started doing cico about 3 months ago. im 68" male, started at 304 and am down to 273.4 in 81 days. I think I can take a little break and resume the new better habits I have with diet and exercise after the holidays.
