Small reminder : Take some time to love yourself and drink some water

Even if it's just a glass of water, try to take some time off whatever you are doing and drink a bit ! It's good for your stomach, help flush bacteria out of your bladder and contribute to help you stay focused. It's good for your leg as well if you need to stand up to get some (don't stay seated for extended period of time, it's bad for your general health).

Another thing is that it's good to just clear your mind of some problem and just focus on yourself for a second. You won't miss a deadline because of you taking 5 minutes to drink a bit of water. Your family won't disappear, your work won't disappear. Just take some time and drink up, buddies !

General guideline is 2 liter of water a day : about 8 eight-ounce glass of water. (8x8 to be short)
