Learning do develop a healthy lifestyle is going to come with a lot of failed attempts. Point is to keep trying. But even then today I felt like I let myself down.

So I’ve never posted on reddit before, I’m usually just a lurker but I wanted to vent. Current stats: 20F/5’4”(163cm)/CW:149lbs(67.6kg) GW:120lbs(54kg)

So I’ve been sticking to this 1200cal diet, high protein low carb. Current gym workout is 6mph for 20minutes at 1% incline and then a circuit with weights. Or a 20minute HIIT treadmill workout, from 3.5mph-9.5mph at 1% incline followed by another circuit w weights.

Today instead of sticking to my 1200cal diet I broke it and ate some chips, halotop and some bread + Nutella. Basically I went over by about 500cal putting me at 1700-ish for today.

If anything I’m frustrated that I broke my discipline at only 2 weeks. I didn’t even gym today because I have my final exam tomorrow and although I shouldn’t beat myself up too much about it. Every single time I fall off the wagon. I just hope it’s just for today. I don’t want it to be me tomorrow. Any advice on how to stick this through if I broke at 2 weeks?
