Lost 30lbs... Its been 8 months and i've managed to pile it all back on. How do I get motivation back?
Back in January I was a pretty fat slob, there's no denying it and back then for a long period time I was pretty overweight. Back then I would try and go on a diet but I would always fail, everytime, having a 'screw this' attitude.
But one day, I woke up enraged about my weight and just hating the way I looked pushed me to loose 30lbs. It was amazing! I may have gone through drastic means to achieve this goal, eating as little as possible and also going to sleep much earlier than usual, but hey it worked. I also started going to the gym and that was really useful as well. Everytime i thought about eating the anger and willpower that I had would simply stop me. If I recall I stopped trying around April.
Now I'm sitting in December, but now 30lbs heavier and the same person I was in January. I want to loose weight again but this motivation hasn't come back to me. It's 3am and I can't sleep thinking about the way my body looks and how people percieve me in the physical category. I just want to look normal.
So I guess if you have any tips on keeping to something or how to keep motivation, I would be eternally grateful.
