Snacking....suggestions and advice.
So I'm sure most of not all of you have been through this. One of my hardest things so far has been finding something to do with my mouth. (Insert dirty joke here.) I am not a big gun chewer even though I have tried it. I've upped my water intake 200% and it has curbed some of it. However there are times when I just want to graze. I dont see anything wrong with it as long as its kept in check.
My issue is I used to treat myself to a strawberry shake and fries for a snack. So I'm working on better alternatives, still a huge work wip. Currently I've got my snacks as unsalted sunflower seeds, dried apricots, jerky (I make my own), and kosher pickles (I've loved them since forever and dont think I could give them up.) Anyone have any fan favorites they have found or any words on mine?
