Note - I recommend making the coffee stronger if making iced coffee to avoid dilution. 3) If you would like hot coffee, pour brewed coffee into serving glass. If you would like iced coffee, add 2-3 cubes of ice to coffee and pour into a serving glass. Add Swerve or Monkfruit and stir to dissolve. You can adjust sweetness level to your liking. 4) In a medium mixing bowl, add whipping cream and sea salt. Beat on high until thick and frothy but still runny.
