Coconut Chips

Hello, my fiancé and I are starting up our keto again and we found a Costco bag of organic i flavours coconut chips (bag says coconut smiles but same thing lol) we wanna try and use them up. Any ideas on what we can do to them to make them tastier? Or if we can put them into something?
