Best Psyllium Husk for baking?
I've tried two different kinds of psyllium husk (NOW brand and Bulk Barn) when making keto bread and both of them turned purple when I took them out of the oven. Anyone have a go-to Psyllium Husk brand for baking? It would be really helpful so I wouldn't have to waste money doing trial and error hunting for the right brand. Thanks!
