Hearty Keto cheese grits!
Keto cheese grits! I use 6tbsp chia seeds mixed with 1.5 cups of chicken broth and 1/4 to 1/2 cups heavy whipped cream. I’ll season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika and leave in the fridge overnight to gel up. In the morning, I heat it up in a frying pan in some leftover bacon grease or butter, and stir in 1/4c sharp cheddar until melted, and adjust seasonings to taste. Texture obviously will be a little different, but it’s a pretty good substitute imo! Top with fried eggs and bacon 👏
