Keto Naan Bread!

I got really sick of trying naan bread recipes that had crappy textures or just tasted weird....so I made my own! The texture is the real kicker here. Its soft, pliable, but you can still tear it like regular naan bread which is super satisfying. You could also use this as a wrap! :)

RECIPE

- 3/4 cup coconut flour

- 3 tbsp psyllium husk

- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1 tsp salt

- 2 tsp crushed garlic

- 2 egg whites

- 1.5 to 2 cups of boiling water

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together

  2. Add egg whites and stir to mix

  3. Add boiling water a dash at a time, stirring as you go until the texture resembles playdough

  4. Leave to sit for 5 minutes

  5. Divide dough into 6 balls, wet the palm of your hand and flatten each ball on a sheet of baking paper

  6. Fry on medium-high heat, using butter or coconut oil (or both!)

The Naan Bread will be super soft when you first take them out of the pan, and will set a little bit more in about 2 minutes.
